      Pros

      I love the people that I work with, the pay rate, and that we get our checks weekly instead of bi-weekly

      Cons

      the customers can be a total pain in the butt sometimes, and i don't like the customize your burger/chicken sandwich promotion because it confuses people and makes it harder to take an order

      Pros

      At the Kingsfield and Highway 29 Location, I found that the people I worked with made it worth it. The rush hours were sometimes quite fun when everyone was flowing well. Pay raises are yearly with your annual review. They encourage moving up in the company.

      Cons

      Customer Service can be terrible for your mental health. I received a 20-cent pay raise, though it was for one year.
