Pros
There is nothing as such right now, Basic employ needs are not being fulfilled, even for team lunch/dinner/outings employees has to ask multiple times
Cons
1. no work life balance. 2. u have to work 24/7 3. No holidays, manager can call you any time 4. Work environment is too bad 5. No encouragement, no appreciation 6. And even for ladies they will call night at 12pm, 1am 7. Too much work pressure
