Pros

- none, can't think of any

Cons

- VPs, C-Level, Managers are all clearly trying to take their money and run. They are not interested in the product or company - They fire anyone that suggests improvement, because they are etching by the status quo to steal their money from investors, as they know, this is not a sustainable company at all - Investors are keeping it afloat, and VPs, C-Levels, managers are sneakily shoveling that money into their pockets

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take concerns seriously, even when we strongly disagree with the characterization presented here. The statements in this review do not reflect how Whip Around operates today. Integrity, transparency, and accountability are foundational to our leadership team and to the culture we continue to build. We are focused on disciplined, sustainable growth, and the recent addition of a new CFO is part of strengthening our financial stewardship and long-term strategy for our employees, customers, and investors. We also want to clarify that we do not currently have an “Onboarding Specialist” role within our organization. That said, we recognize that anonymous forums can sometimes make it difficult to fully understand context. We genuinely encourage open dialogue. Any current or former employee who has concerns is welcome to reach out directly to our People Team so we can better understand their experience and continue improving as an organization. We remain committed to building a company our team can be proud of.

Pros

Strong original product concept and early market traction. Dedicated frontline and customer-facing teams who genuinely care about users. Some smart, passionate people still trying to make a difference despite challenges.

Cons

Since the founders’ departure, strategic direction has become unclear and execution inconsistent. Leadership struggles to inspire or retain senior talent — multiple executives have left in quick succession. After a large capital raise, the company hasn’t delivered scalable, repeatable growth; marketing capability has regressed rather than evolved. Limited investment in modern growth infrastructure (especially data-driven or AI-enabled marketing). Board composition raises governance concerns and limits accountability.
