Pros

Unlimited pto. Coworkers are friendly. Hr is trying to make it better.

Cons

This is probably one of the worst companies I have ever worked for here’s why: They are very un-organized Very high turn over -they don’t train you but expect you to be good at your job. the non communication -will say one thing and do another or won’t say anything but make changes. the lack of company culture -started WFH changed to hybrid changed to 5 days a week in office. Leadership micro manages everyone. Diminishing compensation -will lower your compensation based on company needs. Will hesitate to give you a raise. lack of growth opportunities -you will not get promoted here what ever job they bring you in for that’s what you will do until they let you go. minimal diversity. -not a diverse organization at all. It feels like this company throws things to the wall and tries to make them stick.

Pros

- none, can't think of any

Cons

- VPs, C-Level, Managers are all clearly trying to take their money and run. They are not interested in the product or company - They fire anyone that suggests improvement, because they are etching by the status quo to steal their money from investors, as they know, this is not a sustainable company at all - Investors are keeping it afloat, and VPs, C-Levels, managers are sneakily shoveling that money into their pockets

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We take concerns seriously, even when we strongly disagree with the characterization presented here. The statements in this review do not reflect how Whip Around operates today. Integrity, transparency, and accountability are foundational to our leadership team and to the culture we continue to build. We are focused on disciplined, sustainable growth, and the recent addition of a new CFO is part of strengthening our financial stewardship and long-term strategy for our employees, customers, and investors. We also want to clarify that we do not currently have an “Onboarding Specialist” role within our organization. That said, we recognize that anonymous forums can sometimes make it difficult to fully understand context. We genuinely encourage open dialogue. Any current or former employee who has concerns is welcome to reach out directly to our People Team so we can better understand their experience and continue improving as an organization. We remain committed to building a company our team can be proud of.
