Excellent worklife balance and outstanding group of coworkers. Excellent place to work.

Whip Mix is a fairly small sized organization, so capacity sometimes reflects that when demand spikes for things such as a large project. With that said, the company is pretty good at ensuring you have what you need to succeed.

Don't work here if you don't share the same last name as the family that owns it. 2 recent rounds of layoffs due to poor company performance and they name the daughter of one of the owners as the new CEO. She skipped over people with 20+ years of experience because she's part of the owning family. This should tell you all you need to know about how this place operates and who they truly value contrary to their "We're all family" message.
