Pros
Amazing, friendly team, both in the call centre and among brokers. Very fun and friendly atmosphere to work in. Nice office, located in a great area, with good access to the tube and other methods of public transport, as well as being close to many of the properties on sale.
Cons
Office space is a bit cramped - ends up being quite loud when multiple people are making calls together at any one time. Not enough blinds in the office, in the afternoons can be difficult to see computer screens with the sun coming in. Occasional software issues can also be frustrating.
