Pros
This company is filled with staff members who are willing to work together to help each other. It has a very friendly "team-player" atmosphere. It is very hard to get fired at this workplace. They are very forgiving for things for which most companies would throw you out on your ear. As long as you do a good job, you'll be alright. This company has some very prestigious customers. In most cases, they are the only supplier that can give the customer what they need for a decent price.
Cons
The company is struggling, financially....but these days, what company isn't? It is easy to get downsized out, as it is anywhere. As with most companies, communication could use a little work, but it's still a lot better than all the other places I've been employed. Sometimes the Blame Game can get in the way of teamwork, there. The company could use a team-player workshop, now and then.
