Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and we are thrilled to hear you are enjoying your time with Wiggle CRC. Over the last 12 to 18 months we have really been focused on our people and making it a great place to work. We have Improved staff benefits, our focus on wellbeing, activities to embrace our sports identity (at every level), competitions and normally team events, before Covid, but even then we have managed to get everyone together in some way. As an organisation we have also spent a lot of time focusing on our roles, our structure, and ensuring that all roles are benchmarked against the external market, competitors and internal roles, to deliver fair, competitive and consistent pay for employees.
