I wish I knew where to start - terrible leadership, little respect to new hires, lack of trust in peers' abilities, little accountability for managing dentists that dole out micromanaging and gaslighting tactics, fear-based leadership where people fall in line in order to keep the peace, overworking dentists in unsustainable environment, poor morale among associate dentists due to poor leadership and lack of autonomy in treating patients, rumors spread rampant about peers and can be tracked back to leadership initiation.
