Fun environment. Lots of activity and access to events. Strong news reporting.

No money. Nepotism. Dying business model. Intense snark and smugness. Keeping a publication afloat this long is admirable, but when the Editor took over as publisher, the publication began a rapid decline. He lacked a basic understanding of that side of the business and went through a series of misguided and unqualified hires until just settling on his daughter.
