Pros
Collegial and supportive work environment. Great colleagues who are smart and professional. Considerable freedom in shaping my work and projects. Very interesting projects and international experience. Opportunities for travel in developing countries. I feel like my work makes a valuable contribution in the world. Overall, I love working here and recommend it to others.
Cons
Michigan winters. I'm business oriented, and occasionally processes can get more academic than I'm used to, but that's to be expected given where this is and it's a minor issue.
