Very toxic place to work - Anonymous employee William Lyon Homes Employee Review

This is a very politically driven and very toxic place to work. No one cares about helping you grow. So many people have left for other places because this is such a bad place to work. They took something great and have infiltrated it with old backwards thinkers. Their stock keeps dropping and it is obvious why. The trades partners, both past and present, realize the same thing the people in the office do. Bad bad direction the place is headed.
