Very professionally managed Company and allows subsidiaries to function in free way within the framework of agreed policies. Closely held family owned business but engages professional vision and direction for sustainable growth.
Cons
Some strategic decisions were generic for overall benefit of the group but detrimental for growing businesses in emerging economic countries like India and China.
