Pros
Fair rate of pay and job stability. Very seldom problems with payment, always paid on time. Plenty of job variety.
Cons
Glass Ceiling organisation, especially within the aviation division. The most poorly trained unqualified management I have experienced during my professional career. Zero leadership skills resulting in a totally disengaged workforce. It would certainly appear if your face fits, it does not matter how lazy, incompetent, uneducated and corrupt you are your mistakes will be overlooked and promotion will abound. Plenty of sideways movement
