Benefits are good especially health insurance. ESOP is good also if you are a full time employees or have been employed for a long time.
Cons
Why does Winco waste money in secret shopper. Give this money to employees as raises instead. Why do they take the secret shopper side of the story - take their words vs employees? If you get a bad report from secret shopper - you will have to take their "World Class Service" training again. Second time you have another bad report - you have to stand at the door to greet customers and the next one is disciplinary action up to termination. Winco being an employee owned is a joke since employees don't have a say on how policies are made nor get raises unless union stores get raises first then Winco follows just like a puppy instead of being a leader in the community.
