      Pros

      I applied late one night, I received a phone call for the interview the next morning ( today) am told i should be working by tomorrow night after drug screen....so a 3 days after I filed app. online process....i guess right timing

      Cons

      winco has their priorities together.. but this rating isn't set up for me to tell you this just happened this week

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break

      There is no pros to working here.

      Cons

      They don't account for any experience whatsoever. If you have 10 plus years in the same field they still screw you with base pay. Don't waste your time go to Walmart or smiths.
