      Winco foods pays pretty well if you are willing to move up.Positions are open to anyone that is eager to learn

      Cons

      I think that hard work is sometimes not recognized. On slow months part timers are given scrap hours that are not liveable. Regardless of how hard you work.

      Pros

      Great coworkers and managers. The products are great and I loved that I was able to offer great customer service. Moving up and around in the company is easy, positions are always opening up because the company continues to expand. They also have an employee share program

      Cons

      The hours can be sketchy, depending on the department you're in. Some weeks can be higher than others. The workload is also heavy and the expectations are high but manageable.
