      Pros

      Excellent benefits and ESOP! Employee owned company!

      Cons

      The hourly rate is bare minimum and the increase is minimal at each step up (which is 1000 hours) to get to the next rate of pay. The cap for Texas employees is $12/hr, regardless of how many years it takes you to get there. The turnover is extremely high due to this fact. Keep good employees with a little decent pay.

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break

      There is no pros to working here.

      Cons

      They don't account for any experience whatsoever. If you have 10 plus years in the same field they still screw you with base pay. Don't waste your time go to Walmart or smiths.
