Pros
As much hours you want Talk all you want Low pay means getting away with less work High turn over rate so high job security Yearly PTO Comparable benefits to any other place offering them
Cons
Pays you as little as half of competition starting Management ignore signs of problems till an actual problem occurs All positions pay the same. Taking on more responsibility doesn't give you a pay raise. High turnover rates and they will not train staff thoroughly Can't use PTO as requests are denied constantly unless you just don't care and call out those days anyways.
