Upper management can be inconsistent. There is a serious disconnect between the assistant managers and store manager. Each of them has their own "plan" and are rarely one voice. The deli manager is amazing and works her hands to the bone. The seafood manager is fantastic! He won't schedule enough staff, disappear for hours at a time (typically can be found in the bakery department), and will take the busier days off leaving the MIT to carry the load. The customers are downright abusive. Training is nonexistent.
