      Pros

      The ESOP is great! Good atmosphere and opportunity to grow. You get back what you put in. The best company I have worked for.

      Cons

      Downside to working retail is working weekends. Sometimes customers make the job difficult, but we always take care of them and that makes it easier.

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break

      There is no pros to working here.

      Cons

      They don't account for any experience whatsoever. If you have 10 plus years in the same field they still screw you with base pay. Don't waste your time go to Walmart or smiths.
