      In order to sum it up..I’ve been there 8 yrs and have had 6 store managers and I can’t even remember how many assistant managers..you have to continue to prove over and over your work ethic to each manager in order to get a small piece of respect…it really sucks…

      Pros

      Great co workers, upbeat, fast paced (makes the time fly by), excellent pay, good work/life balance and the employee insurance package is outstanding

      Cons

      The point system is notoriously strict. You won’t start at 40 hours per week - hours may vary. Breaks are only ten minutes, barely enough time for a bathroom break

      Cons

      Management will expect a lot out of you if you’re a hard worker. Sometimes they pile too much on certain employees.
