Pros
Good benefits with insurance, the employee investment system is very nice for gaining company stocks, coworkers were mostly wonderful to work with.
Cons
The penalty point system is brutal especially if you get sick. Unless you are hospitalized they won’t remove points from your account and you don’t start getting sick time until a year of working there.
