      Flexible scheduling with a decent amount of PTO. Lots of job variety.

      Cons

      Management is chaotic at best. Small departments are 50/50 of being great or a living hell.

      There is no pros to working here.

      Cons

      They don't account for any experience whatsoever. If you have 10 plus years in the same field they still screw you with base pay. Don't waste your time go to Walmart or smiths.
