Pros
There are areas and departments where growth is more likely, while not so much in others. Though this is a tight knit culture, doors are usually open somewhat for discussions with management.
Cons
Even though owned by a large corporation, Windrock still has the challenges of a small, privately owned culture. Employees have to really fight for training and personal development.
