Worse Place to Work - Ultrasound Technologist Windsong Radiology Employee Review

Toxic employees see no disciplinary action, high expectations with some people doing more and a lot of people doing a lot less, no family life, unable to leave at end of shift, unable to use vaca time, unable to call off, understaffed, the one male tech was not held to the same accountability as the rest of the staff (we all had to get breast certified within 1 year or lose our job and he did not have), he also does not have to preform any breast or pelvic exams even though we had to do scrotal exams even if he was working, he also does not have to work Saturdays or even shifts like the rest of the staff because he is a male. Just ridiculous! The radiologist don't care if you need to leave to go to your grandmas funeral or your little girls dance recital. You must stay until they are finished which is never on time ever!
