Pros

Windsor offers a great benefit package and competitive salary

Cons

If you like being micromanaged this is the place for you! The amount of project check-ins at this place is ridiculous. There is no trust in their employees. On top of that there is more discipline check-ins, most of which everybody just messes around. Also, deadlines set by project management are not realistic, so if you like projects pushing daily then this is the place for you, but it makes it very difficult to manage your time throughout the week. Another thing is people at this company talk behind your back like children. They go to the group leader and complain, but for some reason don't communicate with newly hired staff to let them know the mistakes they are making, so you're left in the dark until your review when everything comes to light (Put your light out to make theirs shine brighter kinda thing). The amount of communication expected at this company is through the roof, you will basically be on the phone all day. If you do decide to work here, then I would ask the people hiring you to give a very clear description of your role and the expectations they have for you. I was given a piece of paper, but apparently was expected to be some kind of superhero overnight. They didn't really even allow me the chance to lead. They also claim to be a family first company, but that is not the case. I think they mean family first for their family. I was basically given an ultimatum to attend my kid events (Which were at 5pm/end of the day) or work late to support other people working in other offices. Apparently leaving at 4:30pm every day was an issue.

Pros

Windsor is a wonderful company. It strikes a great balance between performance and employee experience.

Cons

They care too much about their people! Only kidding...WIndsor is a relatively young firm so it doesn't have the depth of resources that some older firms may have. You need to be a self-starter. However, it is already well-established and has an impressive employee development program.
