Underpaid for the work that you do, the blackout periods are super long you cannot have a life. The job can stress you out and if you need a mental break or you’re sick they do not care. They will work you to death and blame you for being tired. Upper management has no accountability whatsoever. I understand that a business is a business but what is a business without people? The turnover rate is so high because they treat people like trash and expect respect.
