- Unlike working at a small to medium size company, you are assigned a specific area of focus so that you can be a true expert in your field. This limits the amount of interaction one has with other areas and disciplines. - The parking is limited or restricted if you stay late or arrive late. - Since the company has experienced strong growth this past year, there are lots of new roles, responsibilities, challenges and obstacles to overcome, which is expected when a company successfully grows. - Each director runs their department slightly different and there can be different processes per manager when working with other departments, conducting evaluations, and looking at promotion opportunities
