Pros
The job is not difficult. Over all, I worked a lot of jobs in the past and the pay is a little over min. wage when I was working. Still a lot better than working at a bigger hotel company (min. wage and dealing with more people), retail, or restaurants job. There is down time, occasionally.
Cons
The guests can be vibe/mood killers (customer service no surprise though), there are a lot of weddings and the guests have wealth so there are some entitlement attached to that. Scheduling is mess and a high turnover rate.
