Poorly Managed and Expect to be blamed - Part-time Sales Advisor Winemark Employee Review

Management is really poor, the worst I have ever seen in a company. There is a company culture of blame, each person blaming the next and never accepting responsibility. Work grievances are unanswered and ignored, even after multiple attempts to bring this to higher-up personnel.
