The company has a great mission and wants their employees to truly provide great care for our residents. Great amount of time off.

Cons

Workload never slows down and burns people out consistently. You feel guilty taking time off and pay for the extra work coming back.

Office staff was as kind as could be.

Cons

Toxic management and an extremely unhealthy work environment. I experienced retaliation and what felt like wrongful termination while serious misconduct by management was protected by higher leadership. Employee concerns were ignored, favoritism was obvious, and morale was consistently low. I would not recommend working here.
