Pros
They offer schedule flexibility, easy app access to your schedule, request time off, paystub. However, you still need to call for time off/sick day approval.
Cons
No benefits. They do minimum wage down to the penny, despite prior experience and years of loyalty. No opportunity for advancement. Workplace harassment, and favouritism and racism is a serious issue, and ignored.
