      Pros

      Lots of great people for a very small organization

      Cons

      As an outgrowth of a Crop Insurance company, WIT is knowledgeable about that industry...but they seemed to have very limited clientele outside of that one, main customer. If the (recently acquired) insurance company decides to cease doing business with WIT, it's going to be sad faces.
