Pros

Company is a good place to learn, salary start off is good temps start around $20 an hour, perm starting at $50,000 yearly based on experience of course. Most employees become friends, business is family owned, the owners are kind and all about business.

Cons

Not much growth unless you move up to an account manager, they will let people go no matter how long you’ve worked there there’s no loyalty, slight micromanaging since the old VP left, but seems reasonable because they are about business. Nursing manager is extremely unhinged makes the environment negative many leave due to her actions, benefits aren’t that good when it comes to insurance, use to be hybrid now they’ve taken that away,
