Easygoing company to work for. Upper management is very understanding and very accommodating. I would recommend anyone to work here. They offer an excellent work/life balance.

So far I have no cons to speak of.

Big company benefits with small company feel. Upper management are the nicest people you could meet. When life hits you, they are great at working with you. When I got out of the hospital the PRESIDENT came over to my desk to see how I was feeling. Most people are really nice and the majority of employees have been with the company for decades. If you work hard there are opportunities, but they are not handed to you. Take the initiative. It's pretty seasonal work so there are slow seasons that can get boring. It's not overwhelming all the time like some of the companies I've worked for. Great company parties Great benefits

During the on season it can get quite busy and hectic. Stress levels can be high.
