      Pros

      - Work with the best of the best, Wiredrive only hires people who are really good at what they do. - Related: The ability to work with people smarter than you to encourage personal and professional growth. - Everyone is expected to do what needs to be done, but you are given a lot of room to determine the best way to do it, and opportunities to explore alternative methods. - Great benefits - Stable company, not VC funded - Passionate leadership team who care about the business and employees.

      Cons

      - Not enough focus on employee career development. - No "market rate" salary adjustments

      Pros

      Working at Wiredrive after working for a lot of crappy companies has been a very good eye opener to what a good company culture should be. Always trying to have the most positive and respectful outlook on developing a strong and competitive brand.

      Cons

      There are growing pains as with any company, but that will just be something that fixes itself over time.There is nothing else I can really see as a con.

      Amazing people Great perks and benefits (gas, food, beer, 401k matching, 100% health care coverage for entire family, dogs, etc) Very competitive compensation Very good work-life balance The heads of the company truly care about every employee, both personally and professionally Amazing place to learn, grow, and work on really cool cutting-edge stuff Very flexible Huge growth potential

      Some growing pains Shifting technology from legacy to the new, cool stuff Lots of very big problems to solve with a small team
