Great Company could be better - Anonymous employee Wireless Guardian Employee Review

There is one thing wrong with this company and his name is Randy. He is in a senior leadership position with zero regard for professionalism. He does not display respect for his employees, he is constantly cursing in meetings, dropping the eff bomb, and he belittles his peers in front of staff members. He doesn't display respect for anyone's personal time and will call at all hours of the day and night. He was the direct reason for many who left the company.
