They will hire anyone that breathes basically
Cons
They allow reps to pay to hit their own bonuses and management encourages it because all they care about is their bonuses instead of actually making people better at their jobs. Very low commissions. Verizon is aware of several individuals within this company about committing kpi fraud and churning customer accounts so I’m sure they won’t have a job there soon. They also promote people who have no business being managers but are because they brown nose and go out drinking with their “leadership”. Very unethical behavior and they wonder why they constantly lose people. Get a grip smh
