Pros
One can work here, get experience needed to progress and move forward with their career. There are several types of aircraft to train in and a student of yours can select their favorite and get trained in their favorite aircraft. There are within the company some absolutely wonderful people.
Cons
High management seems to be seldom involved, and due to low energy oversight, toxic employees can dominate the work environment. Failing to remove a cruel avionics worker has caused several friends I made in that department to leave. If you look at any particular thing closely, it was once in good condition... but bare-bones upkeep regimen means you can anticipate deice trucks, Extension cords for heating aircraft, tugs, aircraft, etc will break down often. Good employees quickly reach a glass ceiling, and current salaries and raises are not competitive enough to retain an employee who is always developing themselves.
