Pros
- Great company culture and work policies (unlimited PTO, health benefits, and flexible work hours) - Leadership team genuinely cares about the work we do, our clients, and our team - Variety of different creative projects keeps things interesting and never stale. Learned a lot!
Cons
- Because each project is different, it can be challenging to know what to do/how to do it but as long as you're a creative problem solver you'll be fine - Small team so there's not always a ton of support, but if you're looking for a startup vibe and to have autonomy it's great
