Pay is good but bonuses are low

Cons

After looking at other reviews they are spot on, office loves it because they spend more time golfing and going going to parties then doing their jobs, Sense of entitlement makes them think they are above field staff. Carpenters and laborers are so miss managed, no field management whatsoever. No accountability for mistakes. Absolute joke of a company.

Pros

One of the most personable companies I have had the pleasure of working for. A place where even the CEO knows your name. They even call you and wish you a happy birthday every year! No one does this at other companies...

Cons

Very little to say in this department. At times you can feel as though you need to solve a lot of problems alone given the smaller nature of the projects. A simple phone call to upper management is usually what solves the issues.
