      They lure you in with beer and food, and then fire you.

      Cons

      They recently acquired Blume Global and have now started laying off people. They talk about their mantras and values 24 hours a day, but are now firing people. Outsiders don't know about this layoff; it's called a 'silent layoff.' Anyone joining Wisetech Global should be careful.

      Pros

      Benefits, working remote, and management is not organized.

      Cons

      Management is clueless, management say "go slow to go fast later". Then give you a very unreasonable time frame. Management depends too much on AI and not on people. They will use AI to tell you something is easy and will take know time, but the did not put business rules and process in their prompts because they did not ask.
