      Don't have one at all.

      Cons

      -Company practices china work culture, work till 2am daily. -CEO and MD treats staff very poorly. - No increment for managers. -Juniors dictates the authority hierarchy. -CEO and MD always argue on each other and can't guide the Company Unfortunately there isn't a negative rating, this company fits.
