Pros
Nothing, unless you count frequent off days.
Cons
Employees are unable to clock themselves in...?
"Management," or "supervisors" or whatever they deem those words to mean have to clock people in
AKA usually the cashier or whatever supervisor who does 3 jobs including the lobby.
Leading to even more human error than like the majority of companies who simply leave employees the responsibility of clocking themselves in and out. It's a no brainer.
"Management" is disorganized and not properly versed in running a business.
The scheduling is a joke with several off days for, "full time" employees, some of whom are in a department/job where 2 employees are a luxury already, yet they add 3 and kill the hours for the other two.
The automotive employees do not have a dedicated bathroom...despite the management space connected to it having a full shower/restroom. Again, a no brainer. I'll leave it to the public to decide what the builder's intended that to be used for.
The actual employee restroom is on the complete opposite side of the building, and is missing a kid to the tank, leading to water splashing.
No room for advancement.
