- Extremely interesting projects on cutting edge technologies - Wide variety of clients and projects so you never have the same project twice. - Really smart engineering team that values collaboration to solve complex problems. - Strong emphasis on work-life balance. One of the best parts of being a French based company is the European ethos around work-life balance has been adopted in our US office. It is refreshing!
Cons
- We have a healthy pipeline of work so it can be very busy at times. Leadership is aware that as we get busier, we need to expand our teams to support the demand. - We can do better to connect teams working globally. There are initiatives in the works to create more collaboration across offices.
