Pros
I get on really well with all my coworkers and the management are generally pleasant to work with. Shifts are never understaffed so there's never any excessive pressure. With some exceptions, we tend to get good staff meals. Can choose shifts that suit every week, so it's fairly flexible work that fits around your daily life.
Cons
Paid minimum wage with almost no tips. Break entitlements not made clear and while you will always get a break, most people will not get their full 30 minutes unless they take the initiative to not return to work before that time is elapsed. It's difficult to get all the hours you want to work sometimes due to the high volume of employees.
