      Great opportunities to connect with the wider wine community in Australia.

      Cons

      - Hired too many big names in the industry without investing in the actual product. All about the 'vision' - More salespeople than developers. - Micromanagement and the CEO had a habit of redoing all work overnight or coming up with new strategies without consulting the team. - No faith in employee's skillsets.
