So many issues…management is two faced and cliquey (if you aren’t coming from Oliver Pyatt Center facilities, it’s an uphill battle). Horrible communication with things changing daily. Clients are all residential level, with acute behaviors. Clients hiding food, being disrespectful to staff and straight out lying without any accountability.
