Pros
I can write you an essay about how great this place is and you will still not have the full picture until you don't experience it yourself. It gives you the dynamic and vibrant environment of a start up company, but they have actually been around the block for a while now and keep on growing. The team culture = family. I have 12+ years of experience, been working also as a freelancer, and have never seen a team like this! It is a true pleasure to work alongside all these amazing people. Although, being entirely home based is probably not for everyone, it just works perfect for me. The level of flexibility and trust is untouchable.
Cons
No real cons. There are some minor process gaps due to the fast-growth last year, but management is well aware and working hard on this while keeping the entire team well informed about where we are with improvements, which is actually another PRO :)
